You are the third realtor that we had listed with, but your effort far surpassed anything that we had seen to date. I feel that we were only successful because of the volume of work that you did to get the word out, especially since it was in the off season. It was almost unheard of to sell a high end property in the off season on Kootenay Lake, but we managed to come up with two competing offers largely due to your effort.
