In the Fall, my husband and I began looking at Creston area as a place to retire. Lee Johnson was the listing agent on a property we were interested in so we gave him a call. We had quite a lengthy conversation and found Lee to be very willing to share his knowledge of the Creston real estate market, as well as general information about the community. He also asked us about what we were looking for in a home.
After our initial contact, Lee was great about sending us emails with any listings he thought might be of interest to us. Being from Alberta, it took us a few weeks to make a trip to Creston to become more familiar with the area. Lee was fully prepared for our visit, and showed us properties that fit our budget and “wish list”. In addition, he took the time to drive us around Creston and surrounding communities, sharing much-appreciated information about all the wonderful things they have to offer.
It took us until Spring to ready ourselves for a move, and Lee kept us updated in the months leading up to that time. This communications was invaluable in assisting us with our decision to move to Creston. Lee was very involved in our house purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. We found him to be extremely helpful, forthcoming, and personable. We were very impressed that he followed up a few weeks after our move to see how we were settling in.
Should we ever find ourselves selling or purchasing another home, we would have no hesitation enlisting Lee’s help again. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering a move in the Creston area.
