This included local contacts for WETT inspector (for wood burning stoves), local home inspection services, septic tank services, notary public for legal services and potential renovation contractors. All of these services were invaluable to us as we do not reside in the Kootenay area. Services were arranged and completed in timely manner and were cost effective as well. Lee took time from his busy schedule to arrange and be present for the septic pump out and the home inspection on our behalf, which we very mush appreciated. Lee traveled to and from Creston to our cabin in Gray Creek (50 minutes away) to be present for these services and provided updates to us by email or text as to the outcomes. Upon first meeting Lee, we found his witty humor, broad real estate knowledge base, attention to detail and quick response time to text messages invaluable when we decided to pursue our purchase. Buying a home is an exciting and emotional process, working with Lee with his calm, reassuring nature, exceptional listening skills made this experience both enjoyable and less stressful than we imagined when undertaking an out of province purchase.
