Lee Johnson was a tremendous help to us in purchasing raw land in Creston. As we were moving from Alberta, we relied on Lee to do much of the research regarding access, services, plot plans, zoning etc. It proved to be a bit of a complicated task.
Lee was persistent in getting responses from the town and extremely prompt in replying to any of our queries, many of which were after ‘ business hours’ and on the weekend. He never dismissed our concerns and did his utmost to ensure we understood all the maps and documents. He always kept us apprised of how and when he could be reached as he attended to his other commitments during the day, and even ensured he had our file on hand with him should we have questions when he was out of office.
As a long time resident, he was most helpful in several aspects of Creston living and his vast experience and knowledge as a realtor is evident. More so, we really appreciate Lee’s thoughtful and genuine demeanour. He is truly passionate about helping people’s dreams come true! We were 100% satisfied with his service and highly recommend him.
