Often when people are looking for a service provider, they rely on word-of-mouth to find a reputable person to help them. I know I do. Google Reviews is a good place to find what experiences people are having with service providers like Realtors.
Often when people are buying or selling their property, they are focused on getting through to their end goal and stopping to write a review could be an inconvenience for them while others don’t have the technical skills to write one. This is why Realtor reviews are so valuable. The representation of reviews can be viewed as a good indicator of what is commonly experienced by others.
